PrettyPigeon adds pigeons to Minecraft Java Edition on Fabric, with natural and mutated variants that players can tame and equip with hats.

What it does

Pigeons spawn as a natural mob in the world, in seven variants based on real-life pigeon breeds. Once tamed, a pigeon can be given one of several hats, which changes its appearance. Three mutated variants draw on the vanilla dimensions, and two more are compatible with the Toad Ribbits and Bumble Bumblezone mods when those are installed alongside.

Because the mod is a mob addition, it suits survival worlds, adventure maps and servers that want a bird companion. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Files cover 1.21 and 1.21.1, with 1.6.0 for 1.21.1 as the latest build, and the code is released under the MIT License as open source. Installation needs Fabric API on the Fabric loader.
