PokeSize - Cobblemon Size Changer

by F0CUS

PokeSize is a Fabric server mod for Cobblemon that lets server admins change how large each Pokémon appears, from tiny to gigantic.

FabricServer-side onlyAll rights reserved1.21.1

What it does

Admins resize Pokémon through a single command, /pokesize, and the effect depends on the permissions a player holds. Players with permission can apply presets such as giant or tiny to their own Pokémon, while admins can assign a player an exact numerical scale. A gigantic Snorlax blocking a path or a miniature Spheal in a pocket are both results the mod allows.

The mod works as a server-side tool for Cobblemon worlds. Its permission system lets server owners reward players with uniquely sized Pokémon or build events around colossal bosses. Players do not install anything extra to join a server that runs it, and the mod has no menus or extra items to manage.

Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.21.1, with 2.4+1.7.3 as the latest build dated 2026-02-01. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.

Key features

  1. Single command resizing

The /pokesize command handles every size change, and its result follows the permissions of the player who runs it.

  2. Presets and exact scales

Players with permission can choose presets such as giant or tiny, while admins can set a precise numerical scale for a chosen player.

  3. Permission-based control

Admins decide which players may resize their Pokémon, so size changes on a server stay under the owner's control.

  4. Event rewards

Server owners can give players uniquely sized Pokémon as rewards or use colossal bosses in events.

  5. Server-side operation

The mod runs only on the server, so players join without installing anything.

Use cases

Who it’s for: Server owners and admins who run Cobblemon on Fabric and want to control Pokémon sizes through permissions. Players who only join such a server need nothing installed.

How it compares

Full comparison

CobbleGuard is a server-side Fabric mod for 1.21.1, released under All rights reserved and not open source, so it shares PokeSize's license and environment. Cobblemon Broadcaster is also server-side and released under the MIT License, but it covers 1.21 – 1.21.10 instead of 1.21.1 alone. Pet a poke works on either side, and neither side needs it; it is released under the MIT License for 1.21.1 – 1.21.10.
