With Pixelmon installed, players can catch, train and battle Pokémon from Generations 1 through 9 inside a blocky world.
What it does
The mod brings Pokémon into Minecraft, covering the creatures themselves along with battling, trading and breeding. It also adds items such as Poké Balls and TMs, resources like bauxite ore and Apricorns, and decorative blocks including chairs and clocks. Pixelmon is published for Forge and NeoForge, with files covering 1.12.2, 1.16.5, 1.20.1, 1.20.2 and 1.21.1.
Towns and trainer facilities are generated in the world, including Pokémon Centers for healing a team, Poké Marts, and gym towns organized by type. Gym battles take place in themed arenas, and shrines, ruins and grottos hold legendary Pokémon. Pixelmon depends on no other mod, but 25 catalog mods require it, and the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. The code is not open source; the mod is released under All rights reserved.
