Otherworld adds a hidden dungeon beneath the world, reached through a deep shadowy depths area and guarded by Tyrantula, a large spider boss.
What it does
The mod generates a dungeon called Dungeonthing in the shadowy depths. Its halls contain trial spawners that produce altered mobs: armed, armored zombies, regular armored skeletons, and spiders in both normal and stronger forms. Players who want better gear can fight through the tougher foes and collect a new armor set from them.
At the end of the dungeon lies the lair of Tyrantula, a terrifying arachnid behemoth that tries to devour players who venture too far. The dungeon is a passion-made addition, and the author plans further dungeons and other content for later versions.
Otherworld is developed by Bobaloney, and it is listed under World generation with Adventure, Equipment, Decoration and Mobs as secondary categories. It targets NeoForge only, and both the server and every player need it, since the environment is client and server. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
