What it does

The mod is a data pack that prevents endermen from picking up blocks, so builds in the world keep their blocks while endermen still roam. Random attacks against builds are the problem the author set out to address. Server owners install the data pack on the server, and players need nothing extra, since only the server side carries the change. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and as a data pack, with builds for 1.21.9 – 26.2 under a Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0 license that is not open source.
