More Ores More Gems
by REDHUY_RhCl3
With More Ores More Gems installed, players find extra ore blocks and gem items added to the world and the crafting system, including a set of metal and gem types.
What it does
The mod adds 37 metal types, 46 gem types and 2 stone types. Some ores are built from combined materials, such as Shadowsteel, made from Shadowite and Steel, Skysteel, made from Aetherium and Steel, and Titanium Quartz, made from Titanium and Quartz. Those ores can be gathered in the world, and the new materials are used in recipes for tools, equipment and decorative blocks.
The content is aimed at players who want more ore variety in survival worlds and modpacks. Forge and NeoForge builds run on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. The author also points players to the Glowing Emissive Ores resource pack for ores that glow, and states that the mod is updated monthly. It is required by Material Ascension, so that mod needs this one installed to run.
Files cover 1.18.2, 1.19.2, 1.20.1, 1.21.1 and 1.21.4, with the latest Forge build 1.1.9 for 1.18.2 and the latest NeoForge build 1.1.9 for 1.21.4. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
