More Nuggets: Diamonds and Emeralds adds diamond and emerald nugget items, so precious materials can be smelted, crafted and broken down in smaller steps.

What it does

Nine diamond nuggets combine into a full diamond, and a full diamond breaks back into nine nuggets. Emerald nuggets follow the same pattern for emeralds. Damaged diamond tools, weapons and armor can be smelted in a furnace or blast furnace to recover diamonds, and emerald-based equipment yields emerald nuggets when smelted.

The mod extends vanilla smelting and crafting by filling gaps where a precious material had no nugget variant. Its stated purpose is to offer a way to recycle old gear and manage resources more efficiently. Smelting Sand in Blast Furnace and Smelting Sand in Blast Furnace style support is also noted as a companion.

Both the server and every player need the mod, since the environment is client and server. Files exist for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 12 release versions 1.14.4 – 1.21.8, and it requires Quilted Fabric API (QFAPI) and Quilt Standard Libraries (QSL).
