More Forests
More Forests adds three new forest biomes that players reach while exploring the overworld, along with structures, loot and a weapon found inside them.
What it does
The mod generates three forest biomes: upgraded versions of the birch and oak forests, and a new biome called Shadow Forest. Structures can be found underneath these biomes, and some of them hold a chest with a range of loot, including a new disc. Finding the Shadow Forest also rewards the player with a new weapon that is stronger than netherite. Only the client needs the mod, so it changes nothing on a server side. It is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license and is not open source.
Key features
Upgraded birch and oak forests
Two of the new biomes are revised versions of the vanilla birch and oak forests, adding variety to exploration.
Shadow Forest biome
A new biome called Shadow Forest is generated, with its own terrain and atmosphere for players to discover.
Underground structures and loot
Structures generate beneath the new biomes, and they hold loot including a new disc and a stronger weapon.
