Shader Cycler
by WatermelonMC
Shader Cycler switches Oculus or Iris shaderpacks automatically when the player moves between dimensions, including modded ones.
What it does
Shader Cycler is a lightweight client-side mod that lets players change shaderpacks with a single keypress. It supports switching shaders based on the current dimension, and the dimension list includes modded dimensions. The mod is built around Oculus and Iris, and it is aimed at players who want quick control over their shader setup.
Its settings are available from an in-game configuration menu. Full setup of the shader assignments requires file editing, according to the author. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1 and 1.21.11 under All rights reserved, so it is not open source. It runs on the client alone, and servers do not need it.
Key features
Single-keypress shader switching
A keypress moves between installed shaderpacks without opening the Oculus or Iris settings screen.
Dimension-based shader assignment
Each dimension can be linked to its own shaderpack, and the rule applies when the player enters it.
Modded dimension support
Dimensions added by other mods can take part in the same dimension-based shader rules.
In-game configuration menu
Options for the mod are set in an in-game menu, though shader assignments still need file editing.

Use cases
Switching shaders between worlds
A player who runs a bright shaderpack in the overworld and a darker one in the nether can have each applied on entry.
Modded dimension setups
Players who travel into dimensions added by other mods can give those dimensions their own shaderpack.
Who it’s for: Players who use Oculus or Iris and want shaderpacks to change on their own when the dimension changes, or who want a single key to switch between them.
