Mace Enchantment Nerf is a datapack that removes several enchantments from the Mace, changing how it can be built for player-versus-player fights.

What it does

The datapack takes away the Density, Wind Burst and Breach enchantments, along with Bane of Arthropods and Smite, from Maces. Servers that want more balanced PVP can install it to stop players from stacking these effects on one weapon. The mod is built for servers, so the server needs it and players may add it without any change to their own setup.

Mace Enchantment Nerf is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and as a data pack. Files cover 1.21.5 – 1.21.8. The code is licensed under the MIT License, and it is not open source. Only builds for 1.21.5 and above work, because the command structure changed and the mod cannot be backported to earlier versions.

This simple datapack removes the Density, Wind Burst, Breach, Bane of Arthropods and Smite enchantments from Maces to make them more balanced in PVP situations. Only Works in 1.21.5 or above, due to the command structure being different, so I can't backport it either.
