What it does

The mod adds several underground biomes to the world. Limestone Cave generates with new stone types that give builders more materials. Cobblestone Caverns is made entirely of cobblestone and adds new colors and textures to caves that look plain in vanilla. False Surface imitates the overworld, with grass and dirt on its floor, so it can catch an explorer who is not paying attention. Simple Cave matches the vanilla cave biome exactly.

Burning Caves is a dangerous biome built from molten obsidian, which burns anyone who touches it, and fire resistance is recommended before entering. Diamond crystals generate naturally in caves; breaking one yields two diamond shards, and nine shards craft into a diamond. Compacted Cobblestone is made from nine cobblestone blocks and saves inventory space before players travel to the Cavern Realm.

The mod runs on Forge for 1.20.1 only and needs both the server and every player to have it, because the environment is client and server. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. The latest Forge file, 1.4.0, was published on 2024-12-09 on the beta channel.
