Life Fruits
by super_okina
Life Fruits adds a Terraria-style fruit to Minecraft Java Edition that players can eat to raise their maximum health on Forge for 1.20.1.
What it does
Eating a Life Fruit permanently increases the player's maximum health. The fruit is found in lush caves, where it generates naturally, so players who explore those biomes can collect it during a normal survival run. An Ender Dragon Fruit gives the same bonus, but only after the player has already consumed a Life Fruit. Both sides need the mod, since the server and each player must run it. The code is open source under the MIT License and is published for Forge 1.20.1 only.
Key features
Health from fruit
Each Life Fruit eaten raises the player's maximum health, giving a lasting bonus rather than a temporary one.
Lush cave generation
Life Fruits generate in lush caves, so exploring those biomes is the way to find them.
Ender Dragon Fruit
The Ender Dragon Fruit grants the same health effect, but it only works after a Life Fruit has been consumed first.
