[Cobblemon] Kazeran Eeveelutions

Kazeran Eeveelutions is a Cobblemon addon that adds regional Eevee evolutions from a fictional region, each with its own typing, moves and cries.
What it does
The addon adds regional forms of the Eeveelutions that originate in the fictional Kazeran region. Each one carries a second typing alongside its primary type, a custom Signature Ability, and a Signature Move with a modified moveset. Evolution uses its own requirement, and Eevee can be given a Water Gem while holding a Fairy Feather, or a Fire Gem while holding a Dragon Scale, depending on the form.
Shiny variants are a separate matter: they need Kazerios Prismatic Shinies to appear as prismatic. The addon requires Cobblemon and is installed on the server, while the client is optional and only needed for the custom cries. Files are published for Fabric and NeoForge, for 1.21.1 only, and the license is Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial 4.0, which means the addon is not open source.

Signature abilities and moves
Each form has a Signature Ability and a Signature Move with modified movesets.
Sonic Resonance and Siren's Song
Moves built on sound gain extra damage and can lower the target's Speed. Siren's Song is a Water and Fairy move that lulls the target to sleep.
Dragon's Fury and Dracoblaze Rush
Fire moves gain power above half HP, while Dragon moves gain it below half HP. Dracoblaze Rush lunges at the target and applies recoil damage.
