Infinite Torch
by ignDante
Infinite Torch lets a player place torches without the stack running down, and adds Infinite Redstone and Infinite Soul variants for lighting redstone builds and ghostly scenes.
What it does
Crafting an infinite torch takes a regular torch of the same type in the centre slot of a 3x3 crafting grid, surrounded by the materials shown in the recipe. Once an infinite torch is placed in a slot, the stack it belongs to no longer shrinks as the player places torches from it, so builds can be lit without tracking supply. The mod adds three items, one for each of the vanilla light sources: a basic torch, a redstone torch and a soul torch.
The Infinite Redstone Torch is a light source that stays powered for redstone contraptions, and the Infinite Soul Torch gives a bluer, spookier light for dark interiors. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with builds for 1.20.1, 1.20.6, 1.21.1, 1.21.4 and 1.21.5. It is client and server, so both the server and every player need it installed. The license is All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
