Hotbar Scrolling RPG stops the mouse wheel at the first and ninth hotbar slots, so scrolling does not wrap around from one end to the other.
What it does
Normally the mouse wheel cycles through the hotbar without end, carrying the selection from slot 9 back to slot 1. This Fabric mod changes that behavior so the selection halts at the first and last slots, which gives more precise control when a player picks a specific item. It is a client-side change, so only the player's own game needs it and servers run without it. Builds exist for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, and the latest file targets 1.21.1.

Scrolling past slot 1 or slot 9 no longer loops, so the selection stays on the last reachable slot.

Players can land on slot 1 or slot 9 directly by scrolling toward that end of the hotbar.
