With Horse Armor Craft installed on a server, horse armor, saddles and recipes for them become craftable from common materials.

What it does

Horse Armor Craft adds crafting recipes for golden, iron and diamond horse armor, and for saddles. Recipes are supplied as a data pack, so the content works on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt alike, and the data pack is also published on its own for server platforms. Only the server has to run it: players may join without installing it, and a client copy is optional.

The mod also covers scrapping. RecycleBlast breaks metal armor, horse armor, tools and rails back into materials, and RecycleLeather does the same for leather armor, saddles and horse armor. A separate recipe lets honeycombs stand in for slime balls when crafting sticky pistons. The author states that prices were set carefully to avoid exploitation. The mod is released under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0 license and is not open source. Files exist for 1.12 – 1.21.11, with v2.88.0+mod for 1.21.11 as the latest build across all four loaders.
