HephaesTools adds advanced tools to Minecraft that dig 3x3 areas, cut whole trees and extend vein mining, and only the server needs it.
What it does
Several tools in the mod work on an area rather than a single block. A Netherite Hammer digs a 3x3x3 volume, and a Diamond Excavator clears sand and gravel from above an excavation site. Tools that act like a pickaxe or shovel dig a 3x3 patch, and a Sickle harvests a 3x3 area. Right click is used to harvest with several of the tools.
Vein mining is the other main part. A Vein Miner tool takes an entire vein of ore in one action, and a Diamond or Netherite Vein Miner glows the ore it has taken. Tools can also cut down a whole tree at once. The mod has a difficulty system: mining harder blocks such as obsidian or Ancient Debris gives less material, while mining less hard blocks gives more, and a higher Vein Miner level allows harder ore to be taken. HephaesTools requires Fabric API on Fabric. Only the server must run it, while players may leave it out.

Food cost
Every tool except the Sickle consumes a small amount of food when used, and the Hammer slows the player slightly while held.
