Hashs's Falcons adds tameable falcons that spawn in several biomes and hunt farm animals from the sky, and it is listed for Fabric, Forge and Quilt on 1.20.1.

What it does

Wild falcons are neutral mobs. Periodically they dive down from the sky to hunt farm animals, but they stay away from players, villagers and armor stands. A falcon that is attacked will retaliate. Two color variants, brown and grey, spawn in different sets of biomes.

Players can feed a falcon rabbit stew, which stops its predatory behavior and makes it follow its owner instead. The same stew heals an injured falcon. Falcons work with shaders and Optifine packs such as Manic, and the mod is compatible with Florcraft.

The mod is server required and client optional, so the server must run it while players may leave it out. Its falcon models are shown through a custom resource pack, which has to be installed to use the datapack. Files target 1.20 and 1.20.1 for Fabric, Forge and Quilt, and the code is under the MIT License and is not open source.
