Happy Go Lucky
Happy Go Lucky sends players to a random location in the world every five minutes, with a slow falling resistance effect applied after each teleport.
What it does
Each teleport moves a player to a random location, and the timer restarts for the next one. After a random teleport, the player receives a slow falling resistance effect, which softens the drop when the new spot is high above the ground. The teleports work in the Nether and the End as well as the Overworld, so the mod can be used across all three dimensions.
The mod is a server-side only addition: players join without installing it, and only the server needs it. The author built it to add a new challenge for groups playing with friends on a server, and it sits alongside the author's DarkRPG mod. Map mods such as Xaero's World Map and JourneyMap are recommended to help players track the locations they land in.
Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge. The 1.0.9 build for 26.2 is the latest release, and the full range covers 1.20.1 – 26.2 across eight release versions. The code is released under All rights reserved, so the mod is not open source, and issues can be reported through its public issue tracker.
