Gwen's Superflat Survival plus
by GwendiWendi
Gwen's Superflat Survival plus is a Forge mod that adds small changes to superflat worlds, from dirt drops and a firepit to new recipes and trade options.
What it does
Players who start in a superflat world get few resources at the outset. The mod gives dirt a random chance to drop slabs, walls and rocks, and those rocks feed into crafting. Gravel now yields a cobblestone recipe, so early stone needs are easier to meet.
A new cooking station called the firepit lets players craft torches from rocks and cook food into new items, including a prepared form of rotten flesh that becomes zombie jerky. Wandering traders also offer emeralds for free, adding a route to currency that the vanilla game lacks.
The mod runs on the client and on the server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Forge only, for Minecraft 1.19.2, and the latest is version 1.0.4, released 2023-04-29. The code is all rights reserved and not open source.
