Glue Arrows is a Data pack that adds a craftable arrow applying Slowness IX on hit, aimed at immobilizing targets in PvP and mob fights.

What it does

A recipe in the pack lets players craft Glue Arrows, which apply Slowness level 9 to whatever they strike, so a hit slows a target almost to a standstill. The arrows can be used to pin down opponents or to break away from a fight. The pack is released for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 38 release versions, 1.13 – 1.21.3, and the server is the side that needs it.
