Frogvasion, a Fabric mod by minestor14, adds eight custom hostile frogs with their own abilities, drops and attacks, along with worldgen structures and a rare material for crafting items and blocks.
What it does
The mod introduces worldgen mechanics that include custom structures and a rare material called Frogvasium. Players can craft a range of items and blocks from it. Frog enemies appear as hostile mobs, and some can be tamed, so the mod also fits adventure play against minibosses and other monsters.
Frogvasion requires Geckolib, and the required Geckolib version depends on the mod version: Frogvasion 2.1 needs Geckolib 4.2, and the Minecraft 1.19.3 build needs Geckolib 4.0.3. The mod is released under the MIT License and is open source, with public source code, an issue tracker and a wiki. Client and server both need it, so every player on a server that runs it needs it too.
The files target 1.19.3 – 1.20.4. The latest Fabric file is version 2.4 for 1.20.4, dated 2024-01-03, and the mod was first published on 2023-04-23.

Eight hostile frog types each have their own special abilities and drops, from common soldiers to minibosses.
Tadpole Rockets and cannons
Armed Frogs fire Tadpole Rockets from a mounted cannon, while the tiny rockets are weak and fragile.
Grappling and growing frogs
Grappling Frogs pull targets with a tongue that reaches 8 blocks, and Growing Frogs get stronger the more they eat.
Explosive and Ice frogs
Explosive Frogs blow up when they come close, and Ice Frogs throw ice spikes at their enemies.
