What it does
Most of the content revolves around Entity 303 and its victims, drawn from the mod's own lore. Events are triggered by right-clicking unusual blocks, and the mod contains between 10 and 20 dimensions along with more than 30 events that include entities. The horror is intentionally subtle, relying on quiet scares rather than loud jumpscares, and a built-in sanity system called Desync tracks how the player acts. Killing animals and destroying things raise Desync, while breeding animals and killing monsters lower it, and a high Desync value makes events ramp up in intensity.
Leaving during an event is discouraged: events are timed, and leaving or dying during one sends the player back through the dimension. The mod also sometimes stops sprinting or crouching at random, and it keeps some of its files hidden. Events run on both server and client. Files are published for Forge 1.20.1, with Forge 4.1.0 as the latest build, under All rights reserved, and the mod is not open source.
