FleetTools

by HelluPeptic

FleetTools is a Fabric server mod that adds home, spawn and teleport commands with permission support for server administrators.

FabricServer-side onlyAll rights reserved1.20.1 – 1.21.11

What it does

FleetTools adds commands commonly found in server essentials packages, such as home and spawn teleportation, with full permission handling for server administrators. Players store personal homes with a set-home command, return to them with a home command, and remove them with a delete-home command. Spawn points can be set and visited in the same way, and the defaults grant these commands to all players while administrative commands stay restricted to operators.

Permissions go through the Fabric Permissions API, so each command node can be managed by compatible permission plugins such as LuckPerms. Player data is written to JSON files inside a fleettools folder within the server directory, and the mod creates the necessary data files and folders on its first run. Additional configuration is required before the commands behave as intended on a given server.

FleetTools is server-side only, so players join without installing it and clients need nothing. Files are published for Fabric, and the mod is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved. Its source code and issue tracker are publicly linked.

Key features

  1. Home commands

Players set, use and delete personal homes, with each action guarded by its own permission node.

  2. Spawn commands

Server spawn can be set by an administrator and visited by players through a spawn command.

  3. Permission nodes

Every command maps to a permission node that LuckPerms and other compatible plugins can grant or deny.

  4. JSON player data

Home and related player records are stored as JSON files in a fleettools folder on the server.

  5. Automatic data setup

Missing data files and folders are created on the first run without manual preparation.
