FeverDream Frenzy (Discontinued)

Two species fight over a god-like entity whose creation caused the weirdness, and that conflict frames most of the new content. Short, odd creatures called Juanathans spawn in dark places, especially the Wacky Woods biome, and the mod adds Wacky Warriors and Wacky Guards alongside them. Wacky Warriors are found only in the Wacky Woods and stay neutral toward players, while Wacky Guards attack anyone in sight. Widers are passive flying spiders that drift through the same woods.

The mod is built around unpredictability, so the same world can produce different finds each time. Progression ties items, mobs, food, armor and dungeons together, and more than 30 advancements mark the bosses and milestones a player may face. It is not meant as a serious immersive experience; it is a fun, silly one. The mod is still in development and is not completely stable because of bugs. Its files are published for Forge 1.20.1 only, with the latest file, 1.8.0, dated 2025-04-15. It is server-side only, so players do not need it installed, and the code is under the CC0 1.0 Universal license, so the mod is not open source.
