EssentialHomes
by Krysztok
EssentialHomes lets each player save named homes and teleport back to them, with the server owner setting the limits and delays.
What it does
Players set named homes wherever they stand, then rename, delete or replace them at any time. Teleporting to a home starts a three-second countdown, and moving during the countdown cancels the trip, so the home cannot be used as an instant escape in a fight. Homes can be shared with other players, and a favorite home can be set so it is reached first.
Server admins control the rules without restarting the server: the number of homes per player, the cooldown between teleports, and whether travel across dimensions is allowed. Teleporting works between the Overworld, the Nether and the End, subject to those settings. The mod works in singleplayer and on multiplayer servers.
EssentialHomes is published for Fabric and Forge across six release versions, 1.21.11 – 26.3, and is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source. The server and every player need the mod installed.
Key features
Named homes
Set, rename and delete named homes whenever needed, from the player's current position.
Timed teleport
A three-second delay runs before each teleport, and moving during the delay cancels it.
Shared homes and favorites
Homes can be shared with other players, and one home can be marked as the favorite to reach it first.
Admin settings
Home limit, cooldown and cross-dimension travel are set by the server admin and take effect without a restart.

Use cases
Survival bases
A player can keep homes at a mining site, a farm and a base, and return to each one without walking back.
Multiplayer servers
Server owners can give every player a set number of homes and limit how often they teleport.
Who it’s for: Players who travel between several bases on a survival world, and server owners who want to control home limits, cooldowns and travel between dimensions.
