EnderChests
by ShetiPhian
With EnderChests, a chest placed in one dimension can open the same shared inventory in another, as long as the chests share a color and an owner.
What it does
Linked chests and bags share one inventory. Each chest belongs to a Global, Personal or Team set of storage, and two chests are connected only when their color and ownership both match. A chest can reach its linked storage from any dimension, so items stored in the Nether or the End are available in the Overworld.
The mod requires ShetiPhianCore. It is a client and server mod, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with 14 release versions across 1.16.2 – 1.21.1 under All rights reserved; the code is not open source. Snapshot builds are not published.
Key features
Linked chest network
Chests of the same color are always connected, so placing a new one with that color joins it to the existing inventory.
Dye-based color changes
Shift-right-clicking a band with a dye changes its color, and the color can be set separately for each owner.
Ownership control
Shift-right-clicking a global tank with a diamond or emerald changes its owner, and picking it up while holding shift removes ownership.
Capacity upgrades
A chest begins with 9 slots, and an Ender Pearl adds 3 while an Ender Eye adds 9, reaching 27 slots at most; upgrades stay with the current owner and color.
Quick access link
Right-clicking opens the vanilla ender chest, while left-clicking links to a chest for quick access to its stored items.

Use cases
Team storage
Members of the same team can share a Team inventory, and tank colors are unique to that team.
Personal stock
Personal colors keep one player's storage separate from others, so no one needs to check who is using which color.
Who it’s for: Players who want shared storage across dimensions, and server owners who run team-based survival worlds and want to set up a team with the linked storage.
