Embers Additional Compat adds recipes so that Embers machinery can process materials from Create, and it is a Forge server-side compatibility mod for 1.20.1.

What it does

Installed on a server, the mod adds recipes that connect Embers with other content. Some recipes let a melter handle crushed ores, and a stamper can make items from the same materials that Create's mixer uses, so the two mods share processing paths.

Only the server needs the mod, so players join without installing it. It runs on Forge and targets 1.20.1 alone, with 1.0.0 as its latest file, published on 2025-09-02. It is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 only, and its source code and issue tracker are public.

  1. Crushed ore melting

    Crushed ores can be melted in the Embers melter, which gives the Create ore processing chain an additional route.

    Recipes add andesite alloy as a material that Create machines can produce or use alongside Embers items.

    Embers stamper recipes reach the same material efficiency as Create's mixer for the same inputs.
