Elevated Ores adds decorative crystal, ore and stone blocks to Forge worlds, with stairs, slabs, walls and countertops cut from each one.

What it does

Ores such as pyrite, lapis, rainbow and opal generate naturally in the world and can be mined with a pickaxe. Each one has a smoothed variant, and every block type comes with matching stairs, slabs, walls and countertops, which suits builders who want a consistent palette of stone for interiors and exteriors.

The mod is aimed at builders and decorators. Its ores are mainly aesthetic, so most of them are used for building rather than for tools or progression. The author lists more ores, including labradorite, morganite, topaz, alexandrite, obsidian shard, pearls and ender pearl blocks, as planned for future releases.

Elevated Ores runs on Forge and needs the client and the server to both have it. Builds cover 1.16.5 – 1.20.1, and the latest file, 1.2.0 for 1.20.1, was published on 2026-05-03. The mod is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
