Dogs Better Forge is a Forge mod that adds armor, tools, food and luminescent blocks, with log slabs and other decorative content.
What it does
Dogs Better Forge adds a set of armor and tools, along with new food items and glowing blocks for lighting builds. The author notes also list log slabs and additional decorative content, so builders have more pieces to work with. Crafting recipes for the new items are added alongside them.
The mod runs on the client and on the server, so both the server and every player need it. Files are published for Forge only, for Minecraft 1.19.4 and 1.20.1, with version 8.0 for 1.20.1 as the latest file, dated 2025-03-10. It is first published from 2023-08-25 and was last updated on 2025-03-10.
The code is not open source. The mod is released under All rights reserved, and the author ItzDogo_ publishes it with a public issue tracker for bug reports.
