Cut Stone for Cobble lets Stonecutter convert Stone and Deepslate into their cobbled variants without mining them first.
What it does
Stonecutter recipes gain entries that turn Stone and Deepslate blocks into their cobbled forms, so a player who has only the polished or smooth variant can obtain cobbled stone at the cutter. The conversion avoids mining the source block, which helps players who would otherwise need a Silk Touch pickaxe for the same result. The mod is distributed for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and a data pack version is available for servers, across 9 release versions covering 1.21 – 1.21.8. The server must run it, while players may leave it out. It is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only and is not open source.
