With Creeper Firework, creepers no longer destroy blocks when they go off, and each blast throws out a firework display instead.

What it does

When a creeper detonates, its explosion is replaced by a firework burst, so the terrain and nearby buildings stay intact. The creepers keep their mob behavior, and the change is aimed at making their attacks harmless and visually showy.

The mod is installed on the client and server together. Creeper Firework needs Cloth Config API and Fabric API, and Mod Menu is optional. Files cover 1.18.2 – 26.2 across Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and the code is open source under the MIT License.
