Create Optical Fabric

Create Optical Fabric adds a way to move rotational energy from Create machines by converting it into beams. A source block emits beams whose type depends on the rotational force applied to it, and receptor blocks turn an incoming beam back into rotational force according to the beam's properties. An optical sensor reads an incident beam and emits a redstone signal from it, and reflector blocks redirect beams at right angles.

The mod also covers beam handling. A polarizing filter polarizes a beam, a beam splitter cube divides a beam into two polarized beams sent perpendicularly, and a beam condenser merges up to three beams into one with combined properties. A beam focuser is used in a new recipe type that depends on beam characteristics. New blocks and items are included alongside the mechanics.

The mod runs on the client and on the server, so both need it. Files exist for Fabric only, across six release versions, and the latest build is 0.3.1-fabric-patched for 1.20.6. It is released under the MIT License and is open source. A Copper Legacy texture pack is included.
