Create Limonata Permits lets players issue scroll-shaped permits in iron, gold and diamond tiers, modeled on the permits used on Hermitcraft multiplayer servers.
What it does
Permits are three scroll-shaped items, one per tier: iron, gold and diamond. Each tier has its own rarity. A permit-maker can write and hand out a permit to a player who needs one, and the mod checks the maker's operator status and whether the maker holds the permit-making ability before the item is created. Text formatting is applied automatically to the permit text.
A Master can grant or revoke permit-making ability for other players without needing operator rights, so server owners can delegate issuing permits to trusted players. The mod runs on NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1 only, and it needs both the server and every player to run it. It was made for the Create Limonata modpack, so it works as a reskin of that pack's permit system and is not open source; it is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later.
