Craftable Mob Heads lets players craft mob heads from recipes, so heads no longer come only from mob drops.

What it does

The mod adds crafting recipes for mob heads, and the same recipes are also shipped as a data pack. Servers run it, and players join without installing anything, since the client side is optional. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, all for 1.21.4, and the license is Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial 4.0, so the mod is not open source.
