Each fix targets one defect. One stops passenger entities from sending game events while chunks load or generate, which can cause deadlocks. Another keeps item frames from sending sound events during the same chunk work. Vehicle passengers are saved at their real position, spawner blocks for parrots accept every kind of air alike, and leads now pull mobs and boats the player is riding. Curse of Vanishing also applies to items placed in donkey, mule and llama chest slots, and a regenerating End exit portal no longer drops torches.

The mod is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only. Its source code and issue tracker are public. It is published for Fabric and Quilt across 12 release versions, 1.21.4 – 26.3, with the latest file for 26.3. Either side can run it, and neither needs it, so installing it on a client alone, a server alone or both works.
