ArrowCollect
by xiaopiao
ArrowCollect changes how fired arrows are recovered in Minecraft Java Edition, so that more of the arrows players shoot can be picked up again.
What it does
Vanilla Minecraft often makes ordinary arrows vanish after they are fired. ArrowCollect changes that retrieval step, so a shot arrow can be collected again rather than lost, which keeps arrow stock for later use in survival play.
Installation is a single file placed in the mods folder, and it takes effect immediately on the next launch. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Files are published for NeoForge only, across nine game versions 1.21 – 1.21.8, and the latest file is 1.0.0 for 1.21.8. ArrowCollect is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
Key features
Retrievable regular bows
Arrows shot from a regular bow can be picked up again, so the mod targets the common case of arrow loss.
Arrows flagged for pickup
Arrows are automatically marked as pickup-enabled, so they can be collected from the ground without extra steps.
Infinity behavior preserved
The vanilla Infinity enchantment keeps its normal effect, and the mod does not change how that enchantment works.
Minimal footprint
The design is kept small, with a focus on the arrow retrieval change alone rather than broader gameplay changes.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
1.21.x9 of 9 versions with builds
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.
Use cases
Survival arrow supply
Players who rely on bows for hunting or combat can keep more of their arrows across a session instead of restocking often.
Who it’s for: Survival players who use bows and want to recover shot arrows, and server owners who want the same arrow behavior for everyone on a server, since the mod must run on both sides.
