Armor, Ores, and More
by mrpeculiar
Armor, Ores, and More, by mrpeculiar, adds new ore types with matching tools and armor sets, including a mineable tin ore and a bronze alloy made from copper and tin.
What it does
Ores from the added set are found in the world and crafted into tools and armor, which extends the usual progression with materials such as amethyst, emerald, redstone, ruby, enderite and Overpoweredium. Tin is a mineable ore here, and bronze is made by combining copper and tin, so both metals appear as ingredients in the crafting chain.
The mod is a Forge and NeoForge addition for world generation and equipment. It is not a hard requirement for every player, but since the environment is client and server, the server and every player need it to run together.
Builds cover 1.20.1 and the 1.21.4 – 1.21.10 releases; the latest Forge file is 1.1.1 for 1.20.1, and the latest NeoForge file is 1.2.0 for 1.21.10. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. The author warns that worlds created on older builds may need care when moving to the newer file, and that the mod ID changed in later builds, which can corrupt an existing world.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Players and server owners who want additional ore types, tools and armor sets on Forge or NeoForge for 1.20.1 or the 1.21.4 – 1.21.10 releases.
How it compares
Ores Armor Tools is a Forge and NeoForge mod for 1.20.1 – 1.21.1, under the MIT License and not open source, so its version range ends before the 1.21.4 releases. Armor and Tools For All Ores is a Fabric and Forge mod for 1.20.1 – 1.21.8, also under the MIT License and not open source, and it does not offer a NeoForge file. Tin Ores and Crafts covers Fabric, Forge and NeoForge for 1.19.2 – 1.21.4 under the MIT License; it is built around tin rather than a full armor set.

What the author says
CAUTION: IF YOU HAVE A WORLD THAT HAS USED ANY VERSIONS BELOW 1.1.1, USE 1.1.1 OR ABOVE AT YOUR OWN RISK! VERSIONS ABOVE 1.1.0 USE A DIFFERENT MOD ID WHICH CAN CORRUPT YOUR WORLD! If you have any ideas for ores I can add, feel free to leave a comment, and I might add it in the next update.
