toNeko
by CrystalNeko
toNeko lets players turn themselves into catgirls, a cosmetic and roleplay transformation that other players can then interact with.
What it does
Players can be turned into catgirls, and the transformation can be applied or removed through commands. The mod also adds an owner and neko relationship: a player sends a request to another player, who accepts it with a command, and a neko can have several owners at once. Admin commands are restricted to operators by default, while player commands are enabled by default.
The mod has a PlaceholderAPI integration, so server owners can show neko status and relationships through placeholders in other plugins. Chat can run in a message area mode with prefixed messages, or in a global mode. The client needs a modded connection and TTS support is noted by the author as a requirement for voice features.
ctLib is required, so it has to be installed next to toNeko on every loader. The mod runs on client and server, meaning the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt across 36 release versions, 1.13 – 1.21.1, and the code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only.
