Tickstopper
Tickstopper is a Fabric server mod that stops the game's tick cycle for everyone except the one player who is still moving.
What it does
Tickstopper halts the server's Minecraft ticks so that time freezes for every connected player, except that at least one person's time keeps flowing normally. The author wrote it after finding no existing option that did this and shared it because it paired well with a seasons mod. It runs on the server alone, so players join without installing anything. It is published for Fabric across 12 release versions, 1.20.1 – 1.21.5, and is released under the MIT License, which is not open source.
Key features
Server-wide time stop
Ticks on the server stop, so the world, mobs and crops hold still while the server is paused.
One active player
At least one person keeps normal time, so the server does not freeze completely while someone is still playing.
Simple setup
The mod is small and does one job, so there is little to configure beyond installing it on the server.

It works very simply: - there is at least one person, time flows normally - there is no person, time stops I decided to share it and I think it will be useful to others as well, and I personally…
