Thermal Integration

Thermal Integration is a compatibility module for the Thermal Series that adds recipes, materials and enhancements for use alongside other mods.

What it does

The module gathers the compatibility content of the Thermal Series: materials, recipes and enhancements that let Thermal machinery and items work with a selection of common and less common mods. Its goal is to add style and function without unbalancing the wider modded ecosystem, and its config options can switch off entire feature sets at once.

It is part of a modular series. Players, server owners and modpack creators can pick which Thermal parts to run, so the set fits many play styles. Thermal Integration requires Thermal Foundation, and Thermal Construct requires it as well. Client and server both need the mod, so every player on a server that runs it needs it too. Builds exist for 1.18.2 – 1.20.1 on Forge and NeoForge, with 11.0.1 for 1.20.1 as the latest file, released 2024-05-26. The code is not open source and is covered by All rights reserved.

    Recipes and materials that connect Thermal blocks and items with other mods in the compatibility set.

  2. Togglable feature sets

    Config options disable whole groups of integration content, so server owners can leave out what they do not want.

  3. World generation options

    A common config file in the config folder controls the worldgen options added by the module.

  4. Per-world server settings

    Server-side options are stored in each world's own folder, and defaults can be copied to new worlds.
