The Below Bedrock Caves

Below Bedrock Caves is a Fabric world generation mod built around a dimension that sits under the bedrock of the overworld. Its ores are meant for players who want more to dig for than the standard overworld offers, and the dimension is the main subject of the mod rather than a side addition. Ores from other mods are part of the set, including Ad Astra and Modern Industrialization ores.

The mod suits survival and adventure play in single-player worlds and on multiplayer servers. Some ores drop experience when mined, which adds a small reward to digging through the new layers. The server and every player need the mod installed. The license is a custom one, and the project is not open source. Source code, an issue tracker and a wiki are linked by the author. Files are published for Fabric only, across five release versions in the 1.19.1 – 1.20.2 range.
