Strength 4 gives players a Strength IV effect from a portion, aimed at fights between players on a shared world.
What it does
Strength 4 adds a portion item that grants the Strength IV status effect, so a player who drinks one deals more damage in combat. The author positions it for full-strength battles with friends in the vanilla game world.
