What it does

Players place an item in a slot, press the new button and select an Item Model from the options the installed resource packs provide. The mod reads item renaming rules, so a pack can give an item a new name and look. Two Creative Inventory tabs are included, and a demonstration resource pack shows how the feature is set up.

Key features

  1. Renaming through resource packs

Item names come from renaming rules inside a resource pack, so a pack can change how an item is labeled without code.

  2. Item Model selection

A button in the inventory lets players place an item in a slot and choose a prepared Item Model from the list.

  3. Creative Inventory tabs

Two extra tabs in the Creative inventory group the renamed items and models for quick access.
