Paper Tools
Paper Tools is a Fabric mod that adds pickaxes, axes, shovels, swords and hoes made from paper, with armor pieces and small papercut debuffs on hit.
What it does
Each tool is crafted with the vanilla recipe pattern, with paper taking the place of ingots, cobblestone or wood in the grid, so a player can build a full set from paper that would otherwise sit unused in chests. The mod only adds these tools and armor and changes no other recipes or game systems.
Paper tools hit with a minor papercut effect, a small debuff added on top of normal damage. Paper tools have a higher chance of receiving good enchantments and last a little longer, with more damage than the material might suggest. The mod is light and is aimed at players who want a fun, prank-style addition to survival or creative play.
The mod runs on the client and on the server, so both sides need it. Files are published for Fabric only, for game versions 1.21.8, 1.21.9 and 1.21.10. It is released under the MIT License and is not open source.
