Optimized Dragon Respawn
by wendavid552
Optimized Dragon Respawn reduces the lag caused by the vanilla dragon respawn when players reset the End.
What it does
The mod targets the lag produced by the vanilla respawn of the Ender Dragon, which many players find unacceptable on large End farms. According to the author, it can bring a 300 ms per tick load down to about 10 ms per tick without changing the vanilla feature itself. It is a server-side mod, so only the server needs it and players join without installing anything. The code is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and the Fabric file targets 1.14.4 – 1.19.4.

Vanilla behavior kept
The respawn itself is meant to work as in vanilla, with the reduction coming from how the work is performed.

Only the server runs the mod, so clients can join without any extra files.
