Omni-Mobs

by Flashfur

Omni-Mobs adds a set of overpowered mobs for mob battles, along with a tool that removes entities from a world.

ForgeNeoForgeClient and serverAll rights reserved1.20.1

What it does

The mod includes boss-style entities that override several core game systems, and a boss-type mob called Metapotent Flashfur, which is excluded from that group. Other mobs are included as normal entities, but their behavior differs from vanilla in ways the author describes as overpowered. Mob battles are the intended use, and the mod is aimed at players who want that kind of encounter.

An Entity Remover item, shaped like a pink sword, removes one entity with a left-click or every loaded entity with a right-click. A shift-right-click opens a config screen with options covering how removal runs, including whether the entity's die() method and removal events fire, whether the entity is teleported far away, and whether the player is protected from damage, from being moved and from being kicked.

Environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge for 1.20.1 only, with 0.3.5.3 as the latest file on both loaders. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. It is in alpha, and the author notes that it does not currently work on servers, while LAN play may work but is not tested often.
