NinjaGallery brings more than fifteen custom Naruto-style shinobi NPCs into a Forge 1.12.2 world, each with its own combat behavior and stat profile.
What it does
Characters from the Naruto series appear as NPCs in ordinary play, offering spontaneous battles and rare loot hunts that sit alongside normal exploration. The roster includes Minato, Sasuke, Kaguya Otsutsuki and Toneri, among others, and each character is built to feel distinct so that fights stay memorable. Installation requires AlmirionCore and MixinBooter to load.
Encounter strength is spread across the roster. Some opponents are approachable for new players, while the strongest characters appear rarely and work as mini-boss fights that call for preparation. Spawn rates and other balance settings are configurable, so server owners can tune how often encounters happen. Dojutsu can be gained by defeating certain characters: Neji and Hinata can drop the Byakugan, which can later evolve into the Tenseigan, and defeating Hiruzen opens access to the Enma.
NinjaGallery is published for Forge on 1.12.2 only, under the MIT License, and it is not open source. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. The latest Forge file is 0.8, dated 2026-02-10, and the mod was first published on 2025-10-11. Version 0.4 and later require NarutoMod 3.2.
