Mekkon

Mekkon adds mechanisms and automation tools to the game. Players place a factory block, choose a factory type such as a furnace, compressor or other machine, check its recipe, connect an energy source for power, and then place the required materials to start the manufacturing process. Some factories produce more complex items, while the simplest one turns copper into copper plates. Geckolib is required, since the mod depends on it for its new technology and automation features.

The mod's main aim is to extend automation in the game. Players can build their own factories, generate resources, and excavate large underground caves with drills. Custom factories can be assembled from vanilla blocks, with conveyor systems and hoppers moving items between machines. Setting up a factory follows a set of steps, so the process rewards planning. Servers and single-player worlds both gain tools that make resource gathering and processing more efficient.
