Little Victories
by daviteleste
Little Victories throws a small celebration whenever a mob dies on a Fabric server, with particles, a chime and a short cheer.
What it does
When a creature is defeated, the mod plays a burst of celebration particles, hearts and sparkles around the spot where it fell, along with a cheerful chime that marks the moment. A random word of encouragement appears in the action bar, and there is a one-in-four chance that a small treat drops where the creature went down, such as diamonds, emeralds, golden apples or amethyst.
Only the kill counts: the cheer text shows only to the player who landed the final blow, and the celebration fires whether or not the defeated creature was hit by a player directly. Combat in vanilla Minecraft is quiet, with a swing and nothing else when something dies, and this mod fills that gap with a short party. The logic runs on the server, so vanilla clients can join without installing anything.
The mod is lightweight and self-contained, with no configuration needed to start. It targets Minecraft 26.2 and requires Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer. The code is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.

It works for any living thing that dies, whether you landed the blow or just happened to be nearby. The cheer text only shows for the player…
